Being chosen as your Celebrant, I believe is a very important role.  To be able to create lifelong memories of the most important day in a couple's life, is as important to me, as your celebrant, as it is to you the couple marrying. Officiating at your marriage  is an incredible experience. To be involved in that couple's special day is absolutely amazing. Being trusted by family and friends to produce an individual ceremony requires a great deal of enthusiasm and professionalism. Therefore when  chosen to perform your celebration  the honour I feel makes me want to do my best to make it an exceptional occasion.

I moved to the South Coast 10 years ago from Raby in the South Western suburbs of Sydney. The change in pace and climate have, shall I say, been beneficial for both myself and my family. The South Coast is a beautiful area and has many wonderful places to have any type of ceremony. We have places like Cambewarra Mountain, Kangaroo Valley, Jervis Bay, The Beautiful Shoalhaven River as well as many of the best beaches in Australia.

I am a Registered Nurse and Midwife. I work at the local hospital. I am married to a wonderful, supportive man. I have four daughters and now three beautiful grand daughters and finally a boy in the family a grandson born on our wedding anniversary. I have been given  the priviledge of deliverying the girls myself. Jake decided he couldn't wait that long either that or he didn't want to hear the story of delivery at age 21. Being a Midwife is also a wonderful profession.  I live in Nowra but am prepared to travel to Sydney or Batemans Bay.

 Generally I am contacted through email. You can contact me also by mobile 0438271957 if I dont answer it is mostly because I am working but leave a message I will call you back. I will then contact you and arrange to see if you would like to meet. Over the phone most people get an idea if they are going to be happy with my services or not. We then arrange a first meeting. We get together and discuss your ideas of how you would like your special day to be conducted. Generally at this meeting we get to know each other I ask a few questions and get ideas of how to create a personalised ceremony that is all about you as a couple. I create a first draught and we work on that until we have the perfect ceremony. We also fill out your Notice of Intention to Marry form. You will need to bring documents with you. I will tell you what to bring during our first phone call. I also supply you with a DVD that helps you prepare for you new journey in life.

My services also include  Wedding Signing table and chairs all covered and decorated. Portable PA system ( this is run on batteries and needs no power) I am able run Mp3 players as well as Ipods and Iphones through this system. A microphone also can be used if needed.  Lodgement of all legal forms are carried out by myself. Decorative copy of your ceremony is provided to the happy couple. We also discuss Marriage Certificate options. Rehearsals can also be arranged. A meeting on site can also be arranged if your wedding is to take place on a beach or in a park etc. I am available at anytime that you feel you need to discuss anything that may concern you.
